1.2. Buyer – 1) a person with legal capacity, i.e. a person who has reached the age of majority, whose legal capacity is not limited by court order; 2) a minor between the ages of fourteen and eighteen who has the consent of the parents or guardians; 3) a legal entity; 4) duly authorized representatives of all the above persons.
1.3. By confirming these Rules, the person confirms that he has the right to purchase goods in this online store.
1.4. Personal data – name, surname, address of the Buyer, where the Buyer requests to deliver the goods, telephone number of the Buyer, e-mail address.
1.5. Rules – these rules for the purchase and sale of goods in the e-shop www.apmezga.lt.
1.6. We also inform you that these Rules may be changed, therefore, every time you order the Goods, we recommend that you review the Rules in order for the Buyer to be sure that he fully understands under what conditions, in a particular case, the order will be made. In the event of a change in the rules, the date of the changes will be indicated in this, 1.6. clause of the rules.

2. Visitor registration and protection of personal data
3.1. The color of the item seen in the photos may vary slightly depending on the settings of your monitor, phone, tablet or other device.
Also, the color may be different due to different batches of coloring.
3.2. All Goods presented in the online store are available. In the event that the ordered Product is no longer available, the Buyer is immediately informed about it by e-mail or other means (call and / or SMS message). In this case, the Seller offers the Buyer a possible solution to the problem, as for example – the delivery of an analogous product. If the Buyer does not agree to any of the Seller’s offers, the execution of the order for the Product is terminated and the refund is made.
4. Purchase and sale agreement
4.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer forms a basket of goods and pays for it.
4.2. When ordering goods, the Buyer fills in the fields of the Buyer’s details on the payment page of the e-shop Information necessary for the fulfillment of the order. The Buyer agrees that notifications related to the execution of the order will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.
5.1. Electronic banking is instant payment in the system of your chosen bank. The payment template will be formed automatically by the bank of your choice and you will only need to authorize the payment.

5.2. Bank transfer is a prepayment using the electronic banking system used by the Buyer. In order to pay for the goods in this way, during the purchase procedure, the Buyer must select the item “By bank transfer”. Upon completion of the order placing procedure, a pre-invoice is formed. The buyer makes the order himself by transferring the amount of money indicated in the invoice to the checking account of Asta Pazniakienė. In the purpose of the order it is necessary to indicate the order number. When paying by the payment method specified in this clause, the Buyer undertakes to pay immediately. Only after receiving payment for the goods, the parcel of goods begins to be formed and the deadline for delivery of the goods is confirmed.
We are waiting for payment: from Lithuania – 3 working days, from abroad for 4 working days. If payment is not received within the specified time, the order is canceled.

5.4. The online store “Tax Free” does not provide the service.
5.5. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sellers aren’t responsible for delays due to customs.
6. Delivery of goods
6.1. We ship the Goods in Lithuania and around the world, except for the Russian Federation, as well as to countries to which it is impossible to deliver the Goods due to the terms of “Force Majeure”.
6.2. In Lithuania, parcels are sent via LP express parcel lockers (shipping price 2.70 Euro) or registered parcel by Lithuanian Post (shipping price 4.20 Euro).
6.3. The price of sending goods to EU countries is 12.00 Euro (parcel up to 1kg), for other (non-EU) countries – 16.00 Euro (parcel up to 1 kg). For the cost of sending heavier parcels, please contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
6.4. The goods are shipped within 3 working days after receiving the payment.
6.5. If you choose to pick up the goods in the store, please do so within 3 working days after placing the order in advance reaching us by mob. Tel. No. +37061433557 and agreeing on the arrival time.
7. Return of goods
7.1. All goods, except magazines and books, can be returned within 14 days, in accordance with the procedure regulated by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.2. The costs related to the return of the goods are paid by the buyer.
7.3. The returned goods must be unused, have not lost their commercial appearance, are not damaged, have not been torn off with labels and with documents confirming the purchase of the goods.
7.4. The goods cannot be returned if they have been damaged by improper use.
7.5. Goods manufactured according to the special instructions of the Buyer, which are not pre-manufactured and which are manufactured considering the Buyer’s personal choice or instruction.
7.6. Before returning the goods, it is necessary to obtain a confirmation of the return of the goods using email@example.com e-mail. Upon receipt of the confirmation of return of the goods, you can:

7.7. We will transfer the money for the returned goods, if they meet the above requirements, to the account of the specified bank within three working days from the receipt of the goods.
8. Obligations of the Buyer
8.1. The Buyer undertakes to provide only correct and complete data in the purchase form. If the data specified in the purchase form changes, the Buyer must immediately update them.
8.2. The Buyer undertakes to use the online store honestly and correctly, not to harm its work or stable operation. If the Buyer fails to comply with this obligation, the Seller has the right to restrict, suspend (terminate) the Buyer’s access to the online store without prior notice and is not liable for any losses of the Buyer related thereto.
8.3. The Buyer must pay for the ordered Goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
8.4. Notwithstanding the obligations provided for in other clauses of the Rules, the Buyer undertakes, before starting to use the Product, to inspect it and make sure that the received Product is the one ordered by the Buyer.
8.5. The Buyer must comply with other requirements set forth in these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
9. Obligations of the Seller
9.1. The Seller undertakes to:
a) to make efforts to create conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store;
9.2. The Seller undertakes to comply with all the requirements assumed in these Rules.
